View and Configure Salesforce Alerts

You can configure alerts that are triggered when the system detects anomalous events that you specify.

To access Salesforce Anomaly alerts

  1. From the navigation pane, go to Protect > Salesforce.

    The Salesforce Overview page appears.

  2. Go to the Organizations tab.

  3. In the Name column, click the app.

    The app details page appears.

  4. Click the Monitoring tab.

    Here you can view existing alerts on the Configuration tab, where you can also add, edit, disable, enable, and delete alerts.

    On the History tab, you can view triggered alerts and the events that triggered them.

    You can click Add filter to narrow the number of items shown by your own custom criteria.
