You can disable an alert from being triggered. You can also enable alerts that were disabled.
On the Alerts tab, enabled alerts are shown with a green icon, while disabled alerts are shown with a red icon.
Procedure

From the navigation pane, go to Protect > Salesforce.
The Salesforce Overview page appears.

Go to the Organizations tab.

In the Name column, click the app.
The app details page appears.

On the Monitoring tab, click the Configuration tab.

From the Actions menu, select Enable/Disable.
You can enable multiple alerts at once. Select the checkbox in the row for all of the alerts that you want to enable. Then, in the row above the alert list, click Enable. If any enabled alerts are included in your selection, they won't be disabled. This is useful if you want to enable all alerts. Select the checkbox in the alert table header, and then click Enable.
