Restoring a Version of an Item in Teams

When you restore an item that has versions, you can choose which version to restore.

Procedure

1. From the navigation pane, go to Protect > Office 365.

   The Office 365 Overview page appears.

2. On the Apps tab, click the app.

   The Overview page of the app appears.

3. On the Teams tab, select the check box for the team that contains the items that you want to restore, click the Restore button, and then select Restore items.

   The team restore page appears.

4. In the Name column, click the name of the channel that contains the items that you want to restore.

   The items that you can restore appear.

   Tip

   To search for data to restore, use the search box in the upper-right area of the page. When you click the search box, more search capabilities appear.

5. In the Name column, click the name of the item that contains the version that you want to restore.

   The items that you can restore appear on the table.

6. For the item that you want to restore, click the action button , and then click Versions.

   The Versions dialog box appears.

7. For the item that you want to restore, click the action button , and then click Restore.

8. Click Restore.
