Restoring Deleted Teams and Its Items

You can restore deleted Microsoft Teams and its channels along with posts, files, and wikis to the same teams. First, you restore the teams and its channels along with posts. Then, you can restore wikis for all channels and files for the private channel.

Caution

If a source team is deleted, a new team is created with a different GUID but the same name when the next restore runs. A new SharePoint site is also created because the team GUID is not the same as the source team.
