Manually Completing the Configuration for Dynamics 365

If you prefer to manually register the Azure app, you can do that.

Procedure

1. Register the Dynamics 365 app with Azure.

2. Request and grant permission for Azure APIs.

3. Create a client secret for the Azure app.

4. Obtain the Azure application ID, secret application key value, and Azure directory ID.

5. Create an application user for each environment in Dynamics 365 that you want to back up.
