Logging On Using a PIN with Two-Factor Authentication (End-User)

After the administrator notifies you that two-factor authentication (which is a form of multi-factor authentication) is enabled for your Commvault Cloud account, you need a password and a PIN to log on to Commvault Cloud.

Before You Begin

You must acquire a PIN through email or from an authenticator app.

Note

The PIN is valid for 30 minutes.

Procedure

  1. Go to https://login.metallic.io/.

  2. Enter your user name.
    The Password and PIN boxes appear.

  3. To receive a PIN through email, in the PIN box, click Get PIN.

  4. Enter your password and PIN.

  5. Click Login.
