Deleting a User Account

You can delete a user account.

Before You Begin

  • If you want to delete a user account that is currently assigned as the primary contact for a tenant, do the following:

    1. Assign another user account as the primary contact.

      For more information, see Assigning a User Account as the Primary Contact.

    2. Delete the desired user account.

Procedure

  1. From the Commvault MSP Portal, go to User Management.

    The User management page appears.

  2. In the Email column of the user table, click the email of a user account.

    The user account page appears.

  3. In the User Details panel, click Manage > Delete user.

  4. Click OK.
