Assigning a User Account as the Primary Contact for a Tenant Account

You can assign one user account as the primary contact for a tenant account.

Procedure

  1. From the Commvault MSP Portal, go to User Management.

    The User management page appears.

  2. In the Email column of the user table, click the email of a user account.

    The user account page appears.

  3. In the User Details panel, click Manage > Assign Primary Contact.

  4. Click OK.
