Backing Up an Individual Mailbox or All Mailboxes or User Group for Gmail

You can back up an individual mailbox, all mailboxes or a user group for a Gmail app.

Procedure

1. From the navigation pane, go to Protect > Google Workspace.

   The Google Workspace Overview page appears.

2. On the Apps tab, click the Gmail app.

   The Overview page of the app appears.

3. Based on entity that you want to back up, perform any of the following actions:

   • On the Mailboxes tab, select the mailboxes that you want to back up, and then select Backup.

   • On the Content tab, select the user groups or All mailboxes, and then select Backup.

   The Backup options confirmation dialog box appears.

   Note

   Commvault Cloud does not support the backups of archived mailboxes, calendar items, chats, and contacts.

4. Click SUBMIT.
