Viewing the Backup Job Summary Report

You can view the Backup Job Summary Report on the Command Center.

Procedure

1. From the navigation pane, click Reports.

   The Reports page appears.

2. Click Backup Job Summary.

   The Backup Job Summary Report appears.

3. In the Server groups list, select the server groups you want to view in the report.

4. In the Servers list, select the servers you want to view in the report.

5. In the App types list, select the app types you want to view in the report.

6. In the Subclients list, select the subclients you want to view in the report.

7. In the Job Status list, select the types of job status you want to view in the report.

8. In the Job Types list, select the types of jobs you want to view in the report.

9. In the Time Frame list, select the time frame you want to view in the report.

10. In the Day Start Time list, select the time you want days to start in the report.

11. In the Snap and Backup Copy options list, select the appropriate entity.

12. In the Advanced list, select any of the available options.

13. In the Clients list, select the clients you want to view in the report.

14. In the Client Groups list, select the client groups you want to view in the report.

15. In the Advanced list, select any of the available options.

16. To modify the default output job count limit, in the Maximum number of jobs to return, type a value.

    If you increase the default output job count limit, the report schedule performance will be affected.

17. Click Apply.

    The data is displayed according to the options you selected.
