Updating the Commvault Cloud Backup Gateway Software in the Nodes

Updates for Commvault Cloud Backup Gateway software is installed on the nodes automatically, whenever new updates are released. No additional intervention or action is required.

If for some reason you need to manually update the Commvault Cloud Backup Gateway software, use the following steps.

Procedure

1. From the navigation pane, go to Manage > Servers.

   The Servers page appears.

2. In the Name column, click the Commvault Cloud Backup Gateway that you want to updated.

   The Commvault Cloud Backup Gateway page appears.

3. In the upper-right area of the page, click the action button , and then click Update software.

   The Confirm software update dialog box appears.

4. To allow the server to reboot if required during installation, move the Reboot if required toggle key to the right.

5. Click Yes.
