Troubleshooting Using the File Server Backup Health Report

The following errors occur during file server backup operations and appear in the File Server Backup Health report. You can resolve some of these errors yourself without opening a support ticket.

Never Backed Up

Verify whether this is a new client or a recently added entity. If the client or entity is new, it's OK that it has not been backed up yet, but backup operations should begin soon. If backups for a new client fail to run for a long time, create a support ticket.

No Failure Reason or Message is Unclear

In the Backup Health Status for File Server Clients table, under SLA Reason, the message should explain how to resolve any issues. If no message appears or if you cannot understand the message, then create a support ticket.
