Tenant Contracts

You can view tenant contracts that have already been entered and enabled in Commvault Cloud.

Procedure

1. From the Commvault MSP Portal, go to Managed Accounts.

   The Managed Accounts page appears.

2. Click an account name.

   The tenant's account page appears.

3. Click Metallic Services.

   The Subscribed services table appears.

   In the table, the Current Subscription tab shows the contract terms for each service (for example, Commit or Utility).

4. For the service you want to view the contract details for, click the action button and then click View contracts.

   The Contracts page appears, showing the following information for all contracts for that service:

   • Term: Number of months for the contract.

   • Timeframe: Actual timeframe for the contract.

   • Status: Status of contract (Active, Scheduled, or Expired).

   • Payment: Type of payment (for example, Term).

   • Quantity: Quantity (for example, number of users).

   • Price per Unit: Price per unit (for example, price per user).
