Tenant Account Usage Reports

You can view and download tenant account usage reports.

Procedure

1. From the Commvault MSP Portal, go to Cost & Usage > Usage.

   The Usage page appears.

2. To update the page by tenant, select a tenant from the Usage Report list.

3. Select the Commvault Cloud service and the time frame for the data you want to view.

   Charts and tables appear based on your selections. Note the following:

   • Office 365 and Endpoint: These backup services are based on numbers of users. Monthly usage reports show total unique users that utilize the backup services.

   • Database and File & Object: These backup services are based on data source capability. Monthly usage reports show total source data capacity that is being backed up.

   • VM & Kubernetes. This backup service is based on number of instances. Monthly usage reports show the number of unique instances that are being backed up.

4. To download a usage report to your computer, select a month from the Download Report list.
