You can synchronize your product catalog rate card with Connectwise PSA.
Before You Begin
- Integrate the Commvault MSP Portal with ConnectWise PSA software. For more information, see Integrating the Commvault MSP Portal with ConnectWise PSA.
Procedure

From the Commvault MSP Portal, at the top of the page, click Manage All Accounts.
The Command Center appears.

Click Manage > System.
The System page appears.

Click the ConnectWise PSA tile.
The ConnectWise PSA configuration page appears.

On the Configuration tab, in the Billing tile, move the Enable toggle key to the right.
The product catalog rate card (all services and SKUs) begins synchronizing with ConnectWise PSA, and the Services sync status field shows the status of the synchronization process.

Click the status (for example, Success) to open the Services sync status dialog box, which shows the status of all SKUs that have been synchronized with ConnectWise PSA, along with their corresponding ConnectWise product ID.

At any time, click RESYNC to re-synchronize the product catalog rate card with ConnectWise PSA. This should be done whenever you update or modify your rate card.
Note
After the sync completes, remember to update your prices in the ConnectWise PSA product catalog.
