Support Cases

You can create and track tenant support cases using the Commvault Cloud Customer Support Portal.

Procedure

  1. Go to the Commvault MSP Portal.

  2. Click Support.

    The Metallic Customer Support Portal (support.metallic.io) appears in a new tab in your browser.

    Use the portal to create and track all support cases.

    Note

    When creating a ticket for a support case, you will be asked to select one of the following:

    • Partner Portal: Submit a ticket related to an issue with the Commvault MSP Portal itself.

    • Metallic Product (Selected Tenant): Submit a ticket related to a product issue, on behalf of the selected tenant.

    • Metallic Product (End User): Submit a ticket related to a product issue, on behalf of an end user.
