Restoring Azure Table Storage Tables

You can restore Azure Table Storage tables to the same storage account or a different account in the same Azure subscription or a different subscription. You can also restore the tables with the same name or a different name.

Procedure

  1. From the navigation pane, go to Protect > Databases.

    The database overview page appears.

  2. On the Instances tab, in the row for the instance, click the action button action_button, and then click Restore.

  3. Select the backup content, and then click RESTORE.

The Restore options dialog box appears.

  4. From the Destination instance list, select the cloud account:

    • To restore to the same account, leave the value at its initial setting.

    • To restore to a different account (cross account restore), select a different account from the Destination instance list.

  5. To redirect the restored tables to a different storage account, move the Redirect all tables toggle key to the right, and then from the list select a destination storage account.

  6. In the Number of parallel writers box, type the number of streams to use.
