You can restore CIFS and NFS subclients of a Qumulo file server to a standalone file server.
Procedure

From the navigation pane, go to Protect > Files.
The Overview page appears.

Click the file server.
The file server page appears.

To restore CIFS shares, go to the Protocols tile, and then click CIFS.
The CIFS Overview page appears.
To restore NFS exports, go to the Protocols tile, and then click NFS.
The NFS Overview page appears.

On the Subclients tab, in the row for the subclient, click the action button
, and then click Restore.
The Backup Content page appears.

Select the content that you want to restore, and then click Restore.
The Restore options dialog box appears.
Note
Starting Qumulo Cluster version 4.3.0, mounting .snapshot is not supported using NFS v4. Therefore, NFS v4 ACLs might not be restored.

From the Destination list, select the computer to restore the data to.

For CIFS backups: If the destination path is a UNC Path, then enable the Impersonate user slider, and then enter the user name and password required to access the UNC path.

To overwrite the existing data, select the Unconditionally overwrite if it already exists check box.

Optional: To receive an Email when the restore operation completes, select the When the job completes, notify me via email check box.

Click Submit.
