Server/Gateway name |
The name of the region-specific Server / Gateway to which the appliance must be docked. This must be obtained from Commvault Cloud support. To obtain the region-specific Server / Gateway information, log on to https://login.metallic.io/, and then click the Create a case link displayed at the bottom-right corner of the page. The Create a Support Case page appears. Add the following information:
