To verify that archiving is set up correctly, perform a test archive and restore.
Archive the Content Group

From the navigation pane, go to Protect > Archiving.
The Archive file servers page appears.

On the Content groups tab, in the row for the content group, click the action button
, and then click Archive.
A confirmation message appears.

Click Yes.
Restore Archived Data from the Content Group

From the navigation pane, go to Protect > Archiving.
The Archive file servers page appears.

On the Content groups tab, in the row for the content group, click the action button
, and then click Restore.
The Archive content page appears.

Select the content, and then click Restore.
The Restore options dialog box appears.

From the Destination list, select the proxy client for the destination server, for the restore.

Click Submit.
