You can deploy Commvault Cloud to protect workloads running in Oracle Cloud VMware Solution.
The vCenter and hosts reside on high-performance servers in the Oracle Cloud datacenter.
Oracle Cloud VMware Solution operates in the same way as an on-premises deployment of VMware, except that Oracle does not provide access to hosts.
For more information, see Oracle Cloud VMware Solution.
Configuring Backup for the Oracle Cloud VMware Solution
Configure backups for the Oracle Cloud VMware Solution using Commvault Cloud Backup for VMware
Note
Configure Air Gap Protect or Oracle Object storage as the primary copy in the same region as your VMware datacenter for best performance and to avoid inter-region data transfer charges.
