Extending the Validity of the 1-Touch Response File

The default validity of the exported response file is 7 days. To extend the validity, do the following:

1. On the Advanced Recovery Options page, locate the Note that mentions the default validity of the exported response file.

2. Click the link to change the duration of the response file validity.

   The Change token duration dialog box appears.

3. Click the calendar icon to select the future date and time for the token's extended validity, and click Set.

4. Click Submit.
