Using the Office 365 Backup Health Report, you can view the backup status for any Office 365 application.
The Office 365 Backup Health report displays information about the backup status of entities on each client in the environment.
Filters

O365 Clients: To view information only for specific clients, click this button, and then select one or more clients.

Client Groups: To view information only for specific client groups, click this button, and then select one or more client groups.

Time Frame: To view information for a specific time range, click this button, and then select one of the time options. By default, Last 3 Days is selected.

Show backup disabled clients:To view information for all the clients including those whose backup activity is disabled, license is released, are excluded from SLA (Service Level Agreement), or have the tenant deactivated or disabled, click Options, and then click this button.

Show all entities: To view the backup status for all associated entities, click Options, and then click this button.

Associated Entities: The number of unique entities associated with all the clients.

Entities Backed-up: The number of unique entities that were backed up recently.

Entities Not Backed-up: The number of unique entities that were not backed up recently.

Entities Backed-up (at least once): The number of unique entities that were backed up at least one time.

Entities Never Backed-up: The number of unique entities that were never backed up.

Entities Recently Added: The number of unique entities that were added in the last seven days.

Index Status: The Pending playback status or the UpToDate status of the index.

Last discovery time:The last discovery time for newly added or removed entities.
Backup Health Status for Office 365 Clients
The Office 365 Clients table displays information about each client and the status of its associated entities.

The name of the client that the entities are on. |

The number of unique entities that are on the client. |
Entities Backed-up |
The number of unique entities on the client that were backed up recently. |

The number of unique entities on the client that were not backed up recently. |

The number of unique entities on the client that were never backed up. |

The Entities Not Backed-up table displays information about the entities that have not been backed up recently.

GUID |
The GUID value of the user. |

The time stamp of the last completed/CWE backup job |
Last Backup Attempt |
The time stamp of the last attempted backup job. |
Last Backup Attempt JobID |
The Job ID of the last attempted backup job. |
Last Backup Status |
The status of the user in the last backup job (success/skipped/failed). |
User Type |
Type of user (shared/group). |
Name |
Display name of the user of the user. |
O365 License |
The licensed/unlicensed status of the user. |
Plan Name |
The O365 plan associated with the user at the client level. |
Retention Number of Days |
The retention set in the O365 plan. |
Retention Type |
The retention type (Received time based Retention/Deletion time based retention) in the O365 Plan. |
Status |
The status of the user (included/excluded) from the backup. |
