Using the File Server Backup Health Report, you can view the backup status for any file server.
The File Server Backup Health report displays information about the backup status of entities on each client in the environment.
Filters

Company: To view information only for specific companies, click this button, and then select one or more clients. To view information for all companies, click this button, and then move the Select all toggle key to the right.

Time Frame: To view information for a specific time range, click this button, and then select one of the time options. By default, *Last 3 Days *is selected.
Status Tiles

Total Servers: The total number of clients for each company (tenant).

Backed Up: The number of unique entities that were backed up recently.

Not Backed Up: The number of unique entities that were not backed up recently.

Excluded: The number of unique entities that were excluded from SLA.
Summary
This table displays each company (tenant), their total number of file servers, and the number of servers backed up and not backed up.

Indicates whether the client was excluded from backups during the SLA period. Values may include: Yes, No. |
SLA Reason |
The reason for the client, for SLA deviation, if any. |
