Data Views for the DevOps Backup Health

Using the DevOps Backup Health report, you can view the backup status of GitHub and Azure DevOps applications.

The DevOps Backup Health report displays information about the backup status of the repository groups of DevOps application in the environment.

Filters

Company: To view information only for the specific company, click this button, and then select one or more company.
SLA Days: To view information for the specific SLA days, click this button, and select one of the time options.
Options:
- Show backup disabled clients: To view information for all the clients or applications including those whose backup activity is disabled, license is released, are excluded from SLA (Service Level Agreement), or have the tenant deactivated or disabled, click Options, and then click this button.

Total no. of Apps: The number of applications associated with the company or CommCell environment.
Organizations: The number of organizations configured for backup.
Repositories Backed-up: The number of repositories that were backed-up.
Repository Groups:
- Backed-up: The number of repository groups that are backed-up during the SLA period.
- Not Backed-up: The number of repository groups that are not backed-up during the SLA period.
- Never Backed-up: The number of repository groups that were never backed-up.
- Total: The total number of repository groups configured for backup.
- Needs Attention: The number of repository groups that were flagged for errors or failures.
- Recently Added: The repository groups that were added for the backup during the SLA period.

The Summary table displays information about the details at company level.

Column	Description
Company	The name of the company.
Total Repository Groups	The total number of repository groups configured under the company.
Backed-up	The number of repository groups that were backed up during the SLA period.
Not Backed-up	The number of repository groups that were not backed up during the SLA period.
Never Backed-up	The number of repository groups that were never backed up.
Needs Attention	The number of repository groups that were flagged for errors or failures.
Repository Groups BackedUp Atleast Once	The number of repository groups that were backed up at least once during the SLA period.
Repository Groups Recently Added	The number of repository groups that were added during the SLA period.

Column	Description
Client	The name of the client or application.
Client Status	The status of the client or application. Values may include: Active, Backup Activity is Disabled and so on.
Application Size	The total amount of data backed up for a DevOps application.
Total Repository Groups	The total number of repository group configured under the client.
Backed-up	The total number of repository groups that were backed-up during the SLA period.
Not Backed-up	The total number of repository groups that were not backed-up during the SLA period.
Never Backed-up	The number of repository groups that were never backed up.
Needs Attention	The number of repository groups that were flagged for errors or failures.
