Data Classification Tags

A tag is an identifier that can be used to categorize any file and/or folder that has been analyzed for content groups.

For example, applying a tag called Engineer to Engineer data in the content group share, you can search and locate the analyzed data with Engineer tag.

You can create data classification tag sets and tags to classify data.

Procedure

1. From the navigation pane, go to Protect > Archiving > Data classification tags.

   The data classification tags page appears.

2. Click Add tagset.

   The Add tagset dialog box appears.

3. In the Name box, enter the tagset.

4. In the Description box, enter a description for the tagset.

5. Click Add.

   Added tagset will be displayed in the grid.

6. In the Actions column for the tagset, click the action button , and then click Add tag.

   The Add tag dialog box appears.

7. In the Name box, enter the tag name, and then click Add.

8. To view the tags within a tagset, expand the selected tagset.

9. To edit a tagset, in the Actions column for the tagset, click the action button , and then click Edit.

10. To delete a tagset, in the Actions column for the tagset, click the action button , and then click Delete.
