You can create Commvault MSP Portal user accounts.
Procedure

From the Commvault MSP Portal, go to User Management.
The User management page appears.

Click New user.
The Create new user page appears.

Enter the new user's email and name, and then click Continue.
A new page appears.

Select one of the following:

Select Select Service Administrator to allow the new user to manage all accounts, with all role permissions.

Select Select a Role to assign one or more roles to the new user, as follows:

Account Creator. The user can create and onboard new tenant accounts in the Commvault MSP Portal.

Account Manager. The user can view tenant account details (including usage and cost and manage subscribed services) in the Commvault MSP Portal. The user can also manage backup and recovery activities in the Commvault Cloud Service Catalog.

Account Deletion Manager. The user can delete tenant accounts in the Commvault MSP Portal.

Contract Reader. The user can view contracts in the Commvault MSP Portal.

Organization Reader. The user can view second-tier MSP partners in the Commvault MSP Portal.

Rate Card Read Only Access. The user can view tenant rate card details in the Commvault MSP Portal.

User Management Full Access. The user can create and manage Commvault MSP Portal users.

User Management Read Only Access. The user can view Commvault MSP Portal users, including their roles and managed accounts.

Click Continue.
Note
If you selected Account Manager above, you will be asked to assign tenant accounts to the user account. For more information, see Assigning a User Account to a Tenant Account.
A summary screen appears, showing details of the new user account.

Click Create.
