Maintenance windows are scheduled for performing essential system updates, such as:

Maintenance will not impact your backup operations. Upon completion, all the Commvault Cloud jobs will resume automatically, ensuring minimal disruption, especially to your backup window. If you identify any disruption to jobs, contact Commvault Cloud support.

Time: 3:00 AM local time
Local time refers to the time zone associated with your individual instance or region. For example, if your instance is provisioned in the US Eastern Time Zone, the maintenance will occur at 3:00 AM Eastern Time. If your instance is in the Central European Time Zone, maintenance will occur at 3:00 AM Central European Time.
Duration
The maintenance window typically completes in approximately 20 minutes. However, the duration may vary depending on the complexity of the maintenance tasks.
Potential Impacts
During the maintenance window, you may experience service unavailability, reduced performance, and intermittent connectivity issues.
Alerts and Notifications
Maintenance times may change due to critical security patches or unexpected issues. We will provide an advance notice of any significant changes to the maintenance schedule on the Commvault Cloud platform status page.
