Adding a Tag to an Amazon S3 Content Group for Tag-Based Backups

You can add tags to content groups. You can use tags to back up the S3 buckets based on the associated tags.

Procedure

1. From the navigation pane, go to Protect > Object storage.

   The Object storage page appears.

2. In the Name column, click an Amazon S3 object storage repository.

   The object storage repository page appears.

3. Click the default content group that you want to add tag to.

   The default content group page appears.

   Note

   You can add tags to identify the matching buckets for user-defined content groups.

4. Under Content, click Manage Tags.

   The Manage bucket tags page appears.

5. Click Add Tag.

6. Enter a tag name and a tag value.

   You can add multiple tags in the TagName:Value format.

7. Click Save.
