Add a Repository Group for GitHub

Create a repository group to specify the content to back up.

Procedure

  1. From the Command Center navigation pane, go to Protect > DevOps.

    The DevOps page appears.

  2. On the GitHub tab, click the GitHub app.

    The GitHub app page appears.

  3. On the Repository groups tab, click Add repository group.

    The Select Plan page appears.

  4. Select the backup plan to back up the applications.

    If you don't already have a backup plan that you can use, to create one, click the add buttonadd/plus button - gray - no border.

  5. Click Next.

    The Repository group name page appears.

  6. In Repository group name, enter a name for the repository group.

  7. Click Next.

    The Backup Content page appears.

  8. From the Account type list, select the account type—personal or business/institution—and then select the account or organization.

  9. In Organization name, select the organization.

  10. For Repositories, specify whether to back up all repositories or only the repositories that you select.

  11. Click Submit.
