You can increase the number of Azure apps based on the number of sites associated to the SharePoint Online app.
To add Azure apps, you can use either the express configuration option or the custom configuration option:

Express: The express configuration automates some configuration steps, but it requires you to use the Microsoft login information to authorize the Azure app.

Custom: The custom configuration is a manual process. Use this option if you want to enter the app details manually.
