Data Views for the MSP Customer Health Summary Report

The MSP Customer Health Summary report displays information about service level agreements, storage issues, and backup and restore jobs for each MSP tenant.

Service Level Agreements (SLA)

The SLA tab of the MSP Customer Health Summary report displays the fulfillment (measured as a percentage) of SLAs for each tenant's Metallic subscriptions (for example, EndPoint, Database, File & Object, etc.).

Note: The SLA percentages are defined by Metallic, and cannot be changed.

Filters

  • Rings: To view information for tenants in specific Metallic rings, click this list, and then select one or more rings.

  • Company: To view information for specific tenants, click this list, and then select one or more company names.

  • Subscription: To view information for tenants that have purchased a specific subscription (for example, EndPoint), click this list, and then select one or more subscriptions.

  • Office365: To view SLA fulfillment levels for Office365, click this list, and then select one or more SLA levels (for example 95-99%).

  • EndPoint: To view SLA fulfillment levels for EndPoint, click this list, and then select one or more SLA levels.

  • SalesForce: To view SLA fulfillment levels for SalesForce, click this list, and then select one or more SLA levels.

  • VM & Kubernetes: To view SLA fulfillment levels for VM & Kubernetes, click this list, and then select one or more SLA levels.

  • Dynamics 365: To view SLA fulfillment levels for Dynamics 365, click this list, and then select one or more SLA levels.

  • Database: To view SLA fulfillment levels for Database, click this list, and then select one or more SLA levels.

  • File & Object: To view SLA fulfillment levels for File & Object, click this list, and then select one or more SLA levels.

Storage

The Storage tab of the MSP Customer Health Summary report displays information about the following storage-related issues associated with each tenant account.

  • Insufficient Library Storage: Displays the number of libraries with insufficient storage.

  • Offline backup gateway(s): Displays the number of offline <MediaAgents>.

  • Offline Devices: Displays the number of offline devices.

  • Disk Space Low: Displays the number of disks with low space.

  • DDB Disk Space Low: Displays the number of databases with low disk space.

Filters

  • Company: To view information for specific tenants, click this list, and then select one or more company names.

  • Rings: To view information for tenants in specific Metallic rings, click this list, and then select one or more rings.

Jobs

The Jobs tab of the MSP Customer Health Summary report displays the number of failed backup jobs and restore jobs (over the past 7 days) associated with each tenant account.
