You can restore archived data to the original location or to a different location.
Procedure
From the navigation pane, go to Protect > Archiving.
The Archiving page appears.
On the Content groups tab, click the content group to restore data from.
In the upper-right corner of the page, click the action button
, and then click Restore.
The Archive Content page appears.
Choose the content that you want to restore.
To restore the entire content group, select the check box for the content group.
To restore specific files, expand the folder and then select the files.
Note: The Deleted time column displays the timestamp associated with the incremental backup job that identifies the file deletion. For example, if a file is archived and deleted on day 1, and the next incremental that runs on day 2 identifies the file deletion, then the Deleted time column displays day 2 as the file deleted time.
Click Restore.
The Restore options dialog box appears.
From the Destination list, select the proxy client for the destination server, for the restore.
To restore only the ACLs, select the ACLs check box.
To restore only the data, select the Data check box.
Choose the restore location.
To restore to the original archived location, select the Restore to original folder check box.
To restore to a new location, clear the Restore to original folder check box, and then in the Destination Path box, enter the full path to the destination folder.
If the destination server does not have access to the UNC path that you specified in the Destination Path box, move the Impersonate user toggle key to the right, and then enter the credentials to access the UNC path.
Click Submit.
