Using the Salesforce Backup Health Report, you can view the backup status for any Salesforce organization.
The Salesforce Backup Health report displays information about the backup status of tables on each client in the environment.
Filters
Client Groups: To view information only for specific client groups, click this button, and then select one or more client groups.
Time Frame: To view information for a specific time range, click this button, and then select one of the time options. By default, Last 3 Days is selected.
Salesforce organizations: To view information only for specific organizations, click this button, and then select one or more organizations.
Options:
Include disabled organizations: To view information for all organizations, including those whose backup activity is disabled, license is released, are excluded from an SLA (Service Level Agreement), or have the tenant deactivated or disabled, click Options, and then select this option.
Show all objects: To view the backup status for all associated objects, click Options, and then select this option.
Status Tiles
Objects Backed-up: The number of unique objects that were backed up recently.
Objects Not Backed-up: The number of unique objects that have not been backed up recently.
Objects Never Backed-up: The number of unique objects that have never been backed up.
Backup Health Status for Salesforce Organizations
The Salesforce Organizations table displays information about each organization and the status of its associated objects

Client | The name of the organization that the objects are on. |
Objects Backed-up | The number of unique objects on the client that were backed up recently. |
Objects Not Backed-up | The number of unique objects on the client that were not backed up recently. |
Objects Never Backed-up | The number of unique objects on the client that were never backed up. |
Objects Not Backed-up
The Objects Not Backed-up table displays information about the objects that have not been backed up recently.
Column | Description |

Organization | The organization with which the object is associated. |
Object | The object that has not been baked up recently. |
Last Backup | The last time the object was backed up. |
Backup Status | The status of the last backup attempt. |
Reason | If applicable, the reason the last backup attempt was not completed. |
Number of Rows | The number of rows backed up in the object. |
