The following errors occur during Salesforce backup operations and appear in the Salesforce Backup Health report. You can resolve some of these errors yourself without opening a support ticket.
Never Backed Up
Verify whether this is a new client or a recently added entity. If the client or entity is new, it's OK that it has not been backed up yet, but backup operations should begin soon. If backups for a new client fail to run for a long time, create a support ticket.
Not Backed Up in Selected Time Period
In the Entities Not Backed-up table, under Failure Reason, the message explains how to resolve the issue. If no message appears, then create a support ticket.
No Failure Reason or Message is Unclear
In the Entities Not Backed-up table, under Failure Reason, the message should explain how to resolve any issues. If no message appears or if you cannot understand the message, then create a support ticket.
