Create a Dynamics 365 Plan

Create a plan that you can use for your Dynamics 365 tables. Dynamics 365 plans specify how long Dynamics 365 data is retained.


  1. From the navigation pane, go to Manage > Plans.

    The Plans page appears.

  2. In the upper-right area of the page, click Create plan, and then select Dynamics 365.

    The Create Dynamics 365 plan dialog box appears.

  3. In the Plan name box, enter a name for the plan.

  4. Under Retention settings, specify whether to retain the data indefinitely or for a specified number of days.

  5. Click Save.
