You can view subscription usage and backup storage information for the data that is stored in your Metallic Azure or Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) cloud in the Metallic Cloud Storage Report.
Subscription usage is the peak volume of data that is stored (in terabytes).
Backup storage is the total backup storage capacity used on user provided disk systems and/or non-Metallic cloud. Includes all supported hybrid cloud workloads: File and Object, VM and Kubernetes, and Databases. The usage includes deduplicated data and data compression. This value can vary from the subscription usage.
Procedure
From the navigation pane, click Usage Summary.
The Usage Summary page appears, showing a summary of service subscriptions and their usage.
Click the storage option.
The Metallic Cloud Storage usage report appears.
To view information for a specific time frame, click Time frame, and then select one of the time options.
Metallic Cloud Storage Usage Per Month
The Metallic Cloud Storage Usage Per Month chart displays the peak volume of data protected. This chart updates when you select a time frame from the Time frame filter.
Monthly Usage
The Monthly Usage table displays monthly usage information for each storage device. This table updates when you click a month bar in the Metallic Cloud Storage Usage Per Month chart.
Optional: Configure any of the following options to filter or export the Monthly Usage data:
To hide columns, click the Column button
, un-select the columns that you want to hide, and then click Save.
To export data, click the Export button
, select the export file format, and then save the file to your local computer.
