Applies To: Web Consoles and Command Centers in a single CommCell environment
To enable Multi-Web Console Single Sign-On you must do the following:
-
Add an additional setting to the CommServe so that the Enable CvAccounts SSO Login option is available on the Advanced Settings tab in the Client Group dialog box.
-
Add an additional setting to each Web Console and Command Center client that should use single sign-on.
Note: You do not need to add an additional setting to your Command Center client if both the Web Console and the Command Center are installed on the same Web Server computer. In this case, Command Center users are automatically redirect to the Web Console.
