Controlling Application Access to VPN Services

TCP/IP-based applications running on a computer may want to use VPN-based network services. You can configure the CvHook_Loaded_In additional setting to list the applications that can be accessed through the VPN service.

By default, access is permitted for the following applications:

  • mstsc.exe

  • putty.exe

You can use this procedure to add, change, or delete applications from the list of permitted applications.
